Hi Satish, I actually changed it to "--with-shared-libraries=0" as my first attempt to fix.
I just tried as you suggested, and I am still seeing the error: ... /clusterfs/voltaire/home/software/modules/petsc/3.5.0/lib/libpetsc.so: undefined reference to `MatGetFactor_aij_mumps' /clusterfs/voltaire/home/software/modules/petsc/3.5.0/lib/libpetsc.so: undefined reference to `MatGetFactor_baij_mumps' /clusterfs/voltaire/home/software/modules/petsc/3.5.0/lib/libpetsc.so: undefined reference to `MatPartitioningCreate_Parmetis' /clusterfs/voltaire/home/software/modules/petsc/3.5.0/lib/libpetsc.so: undefined reference to `MatGetFactor_sbaij_mumps' .... Is there anything else that I should try? Thanks!
