I am facing error while building building PETSc using mpich option
Please let me know where am I going wrong .

$ ./configure --with-cc=gcc --with-cxx=g++

to specify the location of the installation when you rerun configure.

The following command also gives me same error
$ ./configure --with-cc=gcc --with-cxx=g++
--with-mpich=/cygdrive/D/Software/cygwin/package/extpack/mpich-3.1.4.tar.gz
--with-fblaslapack=/cygdrive/D/Software/cygwin/package/
extpack/fblaslapack.tar.gz --with-batch
Help me out rectifying my build issue.
