I have setup the equations attached using TSSetIJacobian and TSSetIFunction.
This is intended to be a fully implicit solvers with some auxiliary variables. We want to verify the code with the current forward Euler solver. Are there command line that would give me a solver that solves the two auxiliary variables (I do have them ordered first). Or do I need to reconfigure the solver somehow? Thanks, Mark
