It gives zero pivots on:

-ksp_type gmres -pc_type gamg -mg_coarse_sub_pc_factor_shift_type NONZERO

It has no problem with:

-ksp_type gmres -pc_type bjacobi -sub_pc_factor_shift_type NONZERO
