[petsc-users] Fortran undefined reference

Hi,

I am using PETSc makefile to compile my code. few DMPlex function ,
e.g. PetscPartitionerSetType, DMPlexGetCellNumbering etc, fails the
linking(undefined reference to xxxxx).  I am using PETSc/3.9.
Anyone knows what is causing it ?
