Sorry for bothering again. I have solved the problem by looking through another fortran code, it seems that I was wrongly calling the subroutine DMDAVecGetArrayF90. I attached my final fortran code to share with you guys, which is changed from ksp tutorial ex34.c to ex34f.F90 Have a good day.
