Actually I have also tried this test with overlap = 0 for the initial
distribution, and overlap = 1 for the redistribution, and that doesn't
seem to give correct results for the face geometry either. So that would
suggest that, if there is a problem, it probably doesn't lie in the
stuff that removes overlap cells from the original DM.
I am running PETSc master 3.11.2. I see 3.11.3 is just out, not sure if
there are any changes there which might affect this?
