These are due to attempting to copy the entire matrix to one process and do
the sequential coloring there. Definitely won't work for larger problems, we'll
need to focus on
1) having useful parallel coloring and
2) maybe using an alternative way to determine the coloring:
where does your matrix come from? A mesh? Structured, unstructured, a
graph, something else? What type of discretization?
