Thanks Barry for adding it, and for the offer to help with supporting
it. In the meantime we have excellent PETSc knowledge available in the
form of Stefano Zampini.
He is also involved in the OpenFOAM HPC Technical Committee
[https://wiki.openfoam.com/High_Performance_Computing_(HPC)_Technical_Committee]
so I think there will be an even closer connection with PETSc in the future.
