[petsc-users] Configure GPU for Apple M1 chip

How do I configure PETSc to use gpu on buy Mac powerbook where the gpu is 
integrated into the Apple M1 chip?
Do I need to download the Apple developer Metal toolkit, and I do I need to 
install a clang compiler?
