[petsc-users] duplicated libs

Hi all,

After I compiled PETSc, I found some duplicated libs in the variable
PETSC_EXTERNAL_LIB_BASIC, e.g., -lm, -lgfortran -lstdc++.  I am curious how
it happened and how to remove the duplicates?
