If you run pfctl -si, does the 'Bytes In IPv4' counter look reasonable?

I see something similar, http://insomnia.benzedrine.cx/pfstat.jpg but it looks like the problem is with pf itself, not just pfstat. My counter jumped wildly for some minutes, then continued to increase from that level, as in


It is good to know that I'm not the only one with this problem.
