no rdr on { lo0 } from any to any
It comes right from the sample pf.conf.... any traffic on local interfaces are never rdr'd.
I have tried without that line, and the problem still remains.

Not sure at all that I can help, but spamd works works for me... what's the
purpose of the first pf rule listed above: "no rdr on { lo0 } from any to
any"? I mean, rdr to lo0 is what you want spamd tp do, no?
