I have done some tests without 'scrub' rule ("scrub in all" in my pf.conf)
but the incoming packets from 127.0.0.1 for my external address are not
logged either.

No result either with 'pfctl -x loud' : no debug log in /var/log/messages
for incoming packets from 127.0.0.1 !!!
