I'm glad I understand what's going on, but I'm not sure you should make fixing it much of a priority. Really, maybe the man page addition is the way to go for the moment. It sounds like you have several improvements you want to make eventually in synproxy behavior. When you get to those, maybe you can include this one. When I have a patch, it will be against -current, are you willing to upgrade a box to test it? That was the right question -- since I'm not really interested in doing what's required to test it, I can hardly press you to fix it :-) -- Scott
