About PF and queuing..

Hello,

Simple questions about pf on 3.4-rel;

- Why can I only  specify absolute bandwidth on certain network 
interfaces ? (for altq rules, not the queue's definitions..)

- Why is "bandwidth 500Kb" only giving me ~50Kbps speed and "50Kb" 
giving ~5Kbps speed ?
