How to open range of ports/ Using BitTorrent

Hi

I'm trying to use BitTorrent thorugh my firewall, and would like to open
ports 6881 to 6999. How can I easelly do this with the following rule:
pass in on $External inet proto tcp from any to 172.16.0.0/16 port {6969,\
6881, 6882, 6883, 6884, 6885, 6886, 6887, 6888, 6889,} keep state

Should I also redirect these ports with NAT to the internal host running
BitTorrent?
