I am a very happy user of ftpsesame, we run it on our perimeter
firewall with lots of ftp servers behind it and 1000s of user.
I have two firewalls in parallel and currently relying on standard
bridging for fail over (they have been running 8 months and never needed
to fail over!) anyway I am planning to move to using pfsync and carp
when 3.6 comes out.
As I understand it if I use carp I this will change the device to a
layer 3 device and so I will have to have IP addresses on all
interfaces. This means that I will be able to use the ftp proxy however
I was wondering if ftpsesame will still work in this situation.
