You can try Camiel Dobbelaar's pftpx as an alternative to ftp-proxy, see http://www.monkey.org/openbsd/archive/misc/0411/msg03474.html It does not intercept and proxy (rewrite) the data connection, but instead inserts a temporary rdr rule into an anchor, so data connections will retain their original (external) source addresses.
