problem wit queues and max-src-conn-rate

Hi,

I have one box running nat on ext_if. There are a pf rules with queues 
on int_if for outgoing packets (one queue per host ). This works good, 
but if i want to limit connections per host, then must use keep-state 
for incoming packets on int_if. So... those connections are not queued 
on int_if. Is there any way to have queues to LAN side ant to have 
connection limiting in the same time ?
