The word 'subscribe' has over time been associated with spam by the bayes database, and has a slightly spammy score. The trick is to not only send this one line, but add an 'end' line (see http://www.benzedrine.cx/majordomo-help.html) and add some lines after that to tilt the score. Quote some previous email from the list, or add a couple of pf.conf example lines, or such. Same for an empty subject. The mailing list script ignores it, but it scores spammy in SA.
