Interface groups work pretty well for that, see ifconfig(8). In most
cases, the default 'egress' group (containing only the interface where
the default route points out through) is appropriate, and if not you
can
define your own.

I tried this in OpenBSD 4.0 and while it works for rules, it does
not work for queueing.

The 4.0 pf.conf(5) bnf syntax seems to say interface
group names can be used for queueing (IIRC).
Anyone happen to know if I can use interface groups for queueing
in later releases?
