I'd appreciate some clarification with the use of the bandwidth
parameter with hfsc on queue rules.

It's already been established that the use of the "bandwidth" parameter
with hfsc queues while at the same time specifying a sufficient
complete service curve profile is unnecessary and at least "confusing":

But it's not clear to me that if I define the service curves for a
queue, what I should set the "bandwidth" parameter to.  Should it be
the linkshare value?  The upperlimit value?  Will the number specified
in the "bandwidth" parameter ever override what I specify in the
service curves?
