We had a similar problem and just changing the colors made a difference. ie:
light red to medium red, etc.

Subject: Antwort: PFCSIG Printing problem
Hi Rob,
I had the same problems long time ago. We also have printers of HP, for
example HP Deskjet 870Cxi. I told Sybase and their answer was that this is
a problem of the printer driver, not of PowerBuilder. They had a workaround
for me :
1. Do a modify of the dw before printing it to disable the commands you
have in place to change the row color.
2. Share the data to an invisible dw which would print correctly
This is a very satisfying answer, isn't it ??

Thema: PFCSIG Printing problem
Dear All,
I have a report which displays black or red characters on screen
depending on their value. This works fine until it comes to printing. The
black characters come out, the red don't appear at all. I'm printing on an
HP Laserjet 4Si.
Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can get these
characters printed?
Cheers,
Rob
