Hi,

in your Database Profile on the tabpage 'syntax' the checkbox 'Datetime
datatype allowed' has to be checked.

Thema: PFCSIG URGENT : Datawindow Update Properties

Dear all,

I'm sorry, this is non PFC question. I have question about Datawindow
Update Properties. My company using PB 5 and Sybase 11.9.2. I have just
migrated from PB 5 to PB 6.5. It success and my application can run well
without any problems. I changed all of my table to Datarows Lock Scheme.
I have a Datawindow with table X. that I joined with Table Y.
Then, I add new column in Table X. Table X has several columns and 5 of
them are the primary key ( the first three columns are Char data type, the
fourth column is Datetime data type and the last column is Numeric data
type ).
After that, I opened the datawindow and add that new column to the
datawindow. And then I open its Datawindow update properties. I rearranged
the columns that can be updated, but I got the problem when I clicked at
the Primary Key button. One of the primary key (the fourth column with
Datetime) in table X and all columns that have Datetime data type disappear
from Unique Key Column(s). Is Column with Datatime data type can't be
Primary Key in PB 6.5 ?

Can anyone help me to solve my problem ?

Thanks in Advance,
