look under the create command. If this seems not to work perhaps
you could create place holders and change their propreties. You might
destroy any extras at the end.
In general working with dw childs is difficult or even impossible.

Subject: PFCSIG Copying dw controls into composite dws
I asked this question over in the Sybase forums and got a response back that
this would have to be done manually. I'm really hoping there's another way:
Is is possible to copy multiple dw controls which already exist on a window
into a composite dw?
Here's the situation: We're using the PFC Framework to develop our apps. In
order to take advantage of the dw sort / filter / print preview services,
each dw is inherited from u_dw and stands as a separate control on a window.
Occasionally one report requires two or more datawindows. What we'd like to
do is have the user manipulate each dw as required, call pfc_printpreview to
get rid of the borders and shading, and then copy these dw controls into a
composite dw.
Note that we can't use ShareData() or Create a dw object because these
techniques will only duplicate data and the original formatting, not the
dynamic formatting changes executed by pfc_printpreview or other parts of
the code.
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
