Title: RE: PFCSIG PB 6.5 PFC 6.5 - Any way to get the string value of a datawindows filter?

Hope this will help
You can use the Pfc filter datawindow service  to get string expr
of a filter

dwcontrol.of_Setfilter(True)

dwcontrol.inv_filter.of_GetFilter ( )

Subject:        PFCSIG PB 6.5 PFC 6.5 - Any way to get the string value of a datawindows filter?

Is there any way to get the current value of a datawindow filter?
i.e.  Is there a dw1.GetFilter() function of something?

I am trying to manipulate the column values of rows that are in the
filter buffer ... but the dw.SetItem only works on the Primary! buffer.

I am trying to get all the Filter! buffer rows into the Primary! buffer,
    then restore
the Filter setting to what it was before I

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated ... thx in advance.
