You can change the DW presentation style by exporting the datawindow syntax
and changing the PROCESSING=xxx tag. Off the top of my head, I do not
remember the numbers (0 is tabular, 1 is grid, etc?? -- check dwSyntax for
the actual numbers).
At run time, you can do a similar thing... get Datawindow.Syntax into a
string, search on PROCESSING= and change the value and do a CREATE on the
modified syntax.
