Also, There is another way to do this and it is FREE.
Instead of place a bitmap on MDI Frame window, I created another window type
of Child Window and place a picture with my favorite bmp (select from window
property) on top of it called w_display.  Size it the same size with MDI
Frame.  I am using PFC and  I put this code in pfc_preopen event : 
 OpenSheet(w_display, w_mdi_frame, 2, Original!).  

To avoid overhead, I closed w_display before opening any window sheet.  I
put this code in w_mdi_sheet open Event : 

IF IsValid(w_display) THEN
        Close(w_display)
END IF
