One possible cause is when you performing an activity on a table (ie.table1)
that activates its trigger which cantains an insert/update/delete statement
in another table (ie. table2), and table1 has a foreign key in table2. As
far as I know this only occurs in Oracle dbms.
Solution: remove referential integrity between these tables or move
functionality located in the trigger somewhere else.
