We have a tabular datawindow, in the constructor we
calls the service n_cst_rowselect , rowmanager and more.
in the rowfocuschanging event we return 1 to deny
moving to the newrow
in some cases,
and when this cases happens the rowselect service
is still painting the new row
even that we didn't moved to it (because the return
1 in the event)
it seems like the rowselect service paints the new
row without considering if we actualy moved to
the row
Please Help ME
