I'm still on 5, so I am not familiar with the u_tvs, but it sounds like the
plain old u_tv will work. You'll need to create a datawindow for each level
with a retrieval parameter and then use of_setArguments to define where the
retrieval value comes from (i.e. for level 2, it will be the promotion from
level 1, for level 3 it will be the promotion and minor division from level
2)....
