PFCSIG Sybase Newsgroup Problem

Hi all,   is there any problem with newsgroup servers as for the past few days we are unable to download anything.   the error message is   Header download for the 'sybase.public.webdeploykit' folder did not complete.  Account: 'sybase.forums.com', Server: 'forums.sybase.com', Protocol: NNTP, Port: 119, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10051, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E     Thanks in advance   Parag B.Bhagwat
