I haven't used it too much, but I equate it to 4.x quality -- annoying but
once you know what blows up you can avoid it or be prepared for it.  Part of
their problem now is that EA Studio (Jaguar, PowerJ, PowerD and PB) are all
so tightly integrated it's hard to release one update without affecting
everything else.  It's gonna slow down patches, but there's no way around
it.

Sybase is moving in the right direction -- EA Studio is amazing with
everything it can do with so little effort on the programmers part.

Overall it is a great suite of tools.  If you know and like powerBuilder,
you'll love EA Studio.
