Computed fields are recomputed every time they are drawn on the window,
not just the first time they are drawn.
You can prove this to yourself by creating a global function that returns
a random number (or that increments a global variable and returns it),
then putting it into a DW. Just move a different window on top and then
uncover the DW. The function will be called again.
There's no way around this behavior, as far as I know.

Subject: PFCSIG calling fn in dw

SORRY FOR NON PFC QUESTION
Iam using computed field in datawindow in which iam
calling a function. My doubt is why this function is
called repeatedly after retrieval, every time when i
scroll datawindow, is there any method to stop this.
Any help or suggustion would be highly appreciated.
