You can have the usual dw as a nested report in a composite dw. The page()
and pagecount() computed columns have to be placed in the composite dw. A
retrieve of the composite dw would result in retrieval of the ext. dw
(nested report), so be aware of this fact and setup your report with
pre-populated data.you can also ShareData() between the nested dw and an
external dw having the rows u want.
Using-a-composite dw is the work-around suggested by Sybase if u plan not
migrate the app to PB 6.5.1 to fix the regression bug.

Reset of Pagecount() and Page() not working properly.
It is a regression bug CR# 165080 found in 6.0.01 or more popularly PB 6.5
build 444. The solution is to migrate the app to PB 6.5.1 to eliminate this
"feature". Or you could create a composite dw and put your dw in it. Have
your page() and pagecount() computed fields in the composite dw. It is the
workaround suggested by Sybase on their site. Worked for me!!!
