I am using pb6.5 with PFC. My data base is Oracle 7.3.4 when running the application. I have a data window that when the window is first displayed will retrieve the data correctly. When the user clicks on a radio button the values passed as arguments to the data window is changes and the pfc_retrieve event is again called, but nothing is retrieved. When I display the sql generated in the sqlpreview event you can see that the correct arguments are being inserted into the sql. No errors are returned from the query. The arguments are retrieved in another data window from the database first at startup and again when the radio button is selected. That window is display the data correctly in both cases. If you run the data window in preview mode and enter the parameters it will retrieve the data as expected. If I capture the sql seen in the sqlpreview event and than run the script in Oracles SQL-Plus it also runs as expected. Has anyone had this type of problem or have any ideas as to what might be causing it and a solution.
