Neven,
Powerbuilder 4 is a 16-bit app, so you can't call 32-bits dll. You
have to migrate to 32 bit powerbuilder pb6 or later.

Could someone please help me.
I am using PB4 and win95 platform (on the job) and
whenever I try to call an external function from
kernel32.dll I get an error code 14 (Error opening DLL
file ...).
What is the problem?
