You can use one of the Win API functions in Shell32.dll - SHBrowseForFolder
which does it all for you. The various Shell32 function calls are available
in an NVO ncst_winsrv_shell32 from Roy Kiesler at
http://www.geocities.com/~rkies/win32api/shellsrv.htm
Another good link for calling various Win API functions from PB is

Subject: PFCSIG of_getDirOpenName or of_getDirSaveName
Is there a PFC (or other available) service to give a
professional-looking dialog for having the user select a directory (not a
file within a directory) on a Win32 platform? Our application has an
external interface that is a collection of flat files. We are to write the
files to a directory that the user specifies at run-time. I didn't see
anything in the n_cst_filesrv object, but figured I'd ask, in case I'm
missing it.
Thanks,
