Yes.  The underlying data has changed since the retrieve happened, so I want
to refresh the details to reflect the current state of the data in the
database.  However, I now have a solution (thanks, Scott)...

        dw_detail.of_reset()
        dw_master.rowfocuschanged(dw_master.getrow()) 

The rowfocuschange makes the PFC Linkage service think the master changed
even though it didn't.  When it gets to my detail datawindow the key values
don't match since it was reset, so, voila, it refreshes! 

Sorry if I got anyone's hopes too high about a good PFC thread in this forum
;-)
