Back free on YouTube: Wonderful documentary on the L.A. session
musicians behind innumerable pop hits

Back free (in the U.S.) on YouTube Movies & TV, "The Wrecking Crew".
This is a 2015 documentary about the ad hock group of L.A. session
musicians (perhaps 20 to 30 in total) who provided the music for a
vast number of the most popular pop hits of the 60s and early 70s. And
most of the public never even knew they existed -- and most still
don't.

I can't recommend this amazing documentary enough!
