A reminder to Microsoft/Hotmail/Cox etc. email users -- they are throttling
your email
A reminder that these and other firms are now arbitrarily throttling/delaying
your
inbound email, sometimes for days. It is strongly recommended that you obtain
RELIABLE email service. Microsoft/Hotmail is among the worst, but they are
far from alone!
