An unexplained stock market data error this evening appears to
have set some companies listed on the Nasdaq exchange to a
share price of $123.47, sending some tech companies' stock
prices crashing and others' soaring. It's unclear what the
culprit is, and whether the error is due to an issue with a
third-party financial data provider or whether a more serious
problem is occurring. The issue is replicating itself across
major financial websites, including Bloomberg, Google Finance,
        and Yahoo Finance.
