State Department Report says crickets not microwaves likely behind
"Havana Syndrome"
Essentially, this report suggests that neither the reported sounds or
reported physical effects were caused by microwaves, and that
"psychogenic" mass psychology may have played a role. For whatever
it's worth, I have long been puzzled how any known microwave effects
could cause the kinds of sounds and symptoms that have been reported,
and have been rather skeptical about much of the related reporting.
