Infrastructure Bill's Drunk Driving Tech Mandate Leaves Some Privacy

I really don't believe that existing tech is available to do this safely and reliably, and without a range of negative collateral effects.
Yes, stopping drunk driving is important, but politicians *wishing* it
so doesn't make tech actually work. -L
