More on IETF and unicast addresses
An IETF Internet Area Director notes to me that this is an individual
proposal, not an official IETF proposal. However, the fact that it is
being promulgated within the IETF discussion framework does invoke the
IETF per se to ultimately take a stance on this (terrible idea), one
would hope.
