Before massacre, Uvalde gunman frequently threatened teen girls online

He was rarely reported, because the subjects of abuse figured this was
just the way online was these days. There's so much similar behavior
that it becomes unremarkable. The single signal that might help
differentiate the flood of fake threats -- a flood that is impossible
for authorities to investigate at such a scale -- is when individuals
actually acquire weapons. -L
