Supreme Court Law clerks pushing back on personal phone records demands
I'm told that some of the clerks are so rightfully alarmed at demands
that they hand their personal phone records over to the Court that
they are considering getting outside lawyers, to defend them against
the Justices! This is what the Court has come to.
