Appeals court upholds Texas law regulating social media moderation
Appeals court demands that social media carry hate speech! Every state that
touches
this area has made it worse. This legal battle continues, of course. Clearly,
if sites
are forced to carry hate speech and other harmful content, advertisers and
Internet
infrastructure providers (the ethical ones, anyway) will refuse to provide the
services needed to keep these sites running. -L
