How Russia does it
It's important to understand how this works. It's been the same with
Russia since the start of the original cold war. They wait for some
usually innocent American to screw up and do something thoughtless or
stupid, and then imprison them as leverage to get back truly evil,
horrible people serving long sentences here for unspeakable crimes. In
almost all of these deals, the winner by a landslide is Russia and
